📜  What are Pipeline Notices?

The 2023 Procurement Act requires public sector contracting authorities to publish pipeline notices if they expect to spend over £100 million on goods, services, or works contracts in the coming fiscal year.

Like UK Government Commercial Pipelines, these notices will detail planned procurements over £2 million.

However, the first Pipeline Notices are not expected until FY25/26.
