Big Four share in £40m FCA cyber security contract

“In the wake of a number of high-profile attacks in recent years, the financial services watchdog has awarded PwC, Deloitte and KPMG cyber security testing contracts, according to data research group Tussell.

The contracts have been awarded to establish a “skilled persons cyber panel” that will help to provide a new framework and “section 166 reviews” (skilled persons reviews), as well as potentially providing cyber security consulting.

According to Tussell this is the first FCA contract that relates to cyber security.”
