“You might ask yourself what a veteran oilman knows about Britain’s broken outsourcing sector. Not a lot, one would imagine. Yet, Jonathan Lewis has been handed the gargantuan task of rescuing Capita, another of the industry’s highly troubled companies.

Lewis arrived at Capita last October with 30 years of experience in oil and gas, the majority of it spent at American services giant Halliburton. Still, no one can accuse him of wasting any time getting to grips with what must rank as one the biggest turnaround jobs in UK plc today." [...]
