In partnership with data analysis firm Tussell, we drill down into the top ten most valuable tenders and awards from the previous week, and take stock of which tech firms have won the biggest share of the public sector pie." "It’s another week of massive deals, with the value of this week’s top 10 tenders amounting to more than £88m. The biggest of them all is Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company’s contract for a strategic partner to implement a new IT system and support existing systems. Firms have until 8 May to apply."[...]

"The biggest award disclosed last week is – by some distance – the Cabinet Office’s £1.5bn contract for companies that can enable public sector organisations to switch energy suppliers. The contract notice states: “Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, has awarded a concession contract for the supply and management of a utilities procurement engine and the management of a Dynamic Purchasing System.” Gemserv won the contract."
